Increased intake of air resulting in easier breathing.

This is meant to focus on the breathing stimulates, where a cell expands the lungs and increases the inhaling and exhaling process. One has to lead people by the change. Spiritual places demand certain concentrated breathing to retain focus.

The forms and meanings are overlaid with Vedas. Vedas are ancient texts which are sacred and contains divine truth and foundation to Ancient believers religion. Vedas impart cosmological and mythological ideas and have bearings on the spiritual exercise.

Breathing in fresh air listening to the chirping of a lot of birds with a gust of breeze blowing on the face. This helps make a relationship with nature and our surroundings. The breath we take in and out is like speaking with the trees plants and wind.

Restlessness and uncontrollable mind have adverse effects shown on the body. There are four major components to yogic practice. First would be the physical part of breathing exercising relaxation that works the body to proper function.

Channels out bad energy and purifies the inner being creating a positive and energetic aura around us. Zen is a silence based form of meditation. This is different from normal meditation as it does not focus on attaining calmness of a clear mind. This is practiced by simply sitting still and focuses on the present state of mind rather than trying to attain a goal of bringing peace to the mind. The person doing zen simply sits and thinks on his present feeling leaving behind the past and not worrying about the future.
