With enough time to relax anxiety reduces allowing oxygen to distribute evenly in the cells increasing the strength.

It is also good to work up to a certain level. Too much work can drain the body and leave it without strength. Streamlining the list of must do and those activities that can wait for another day makes you do enough not to strain the body. Consider having an extra helping hand when you have too much to handle.

Smoking is something to avoid all the time by all means. Smoking is a health hazard which affects the system significantly. It can result in various diseases, and it also makes the body not rest well by changing the duration of sleep. Without proper sleep, you always wake up tired and exhausted all the time.

Eating well is also something that is of paramount importance. Other than taking too much food it is better to ensure healthy eating and also foods that will work better. Eating little portions work better than overeating. Look for the meals with low-calorie absorption rate.
